This chocolate pie recipe has been passed down for generations and is as good today as it was many generations ago. 

Pie filling ingredients:
3/4 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons cocoa or 2 squares baking chocolate
5 tablespoons flour
1-1/2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon butter
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten

This yummy, gooey, chocolate pie looks just like a big chocolate chip cookie.  It is gooey and chocolaty and just downright delicious.

1 9 inch pie crust, single cut
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup butter, melted

This perfect chocolate cake is absolutely to die for.  It’s a delicious three layer cake with a whipped cream filling in between and topped with an absolutely decedent rich chocolate frosting.

Cake:
1 cup cocoa
2 cups boiling water
2-3/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup butter
